In return transactions, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the recipient. You can instantly return orders made from retrobird.com.tr and Retrobird mobile applications, which have not been discounted, from our stores within 15 days.

For other returns, you can deliver our products to our stores and start your return process through our stores. Our stores will act as a delivery point in this process and will initiate the process of the items you want to return to our headquarters as soon as possible.

Fee Refund

Refunds for purchases made with credit cards are made to the credit card used for the purchase. It is not possible to refund to a different credit card or in cash. Refunds to credit cards will be reflected in your card account within 20 business days, depending on your bank.

In returns, the shipping fee will be deducted before the refund is made.
