We understand that things may not always go as planned. So, you want your money back, and we want you to be satisfied with your experience.

Fees and Eligibility

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping cost is your responsibility. Please ship the returned items to our warehouse located in Kadıköy, Istanbul. Click here for return address details.

How Long Do I Have to Make a Return?

You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you receive all items in the same order to submit a return request. Your return package must be shipped within 7 days after you submit the return request.

Condition

All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Hygiene products must have intact, complete, and undamaged tags. Items with missing tags will not be accepted. Any clothing that appears washed, worn, or altered will not be eligible for a refund. In most cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

How to Return an Item?

Mobil & Web:

• Log in to your account. If you ordered without an account, you can continue the process by entering your order number and phone number or email address.
• customers who hace accounts can go to the Orders section, select the order they wish to return, and proceed. Customers who ordered without an account can continue with the information provided in the previous step. Click here for returns of orders placed without an account.
• Follow the instructions and submit your return request.

Tip: A return confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. You can avoid additional shipping fees by returning multiple items at once.

How to Ship Your Item(s)?

1. Choose a shipping carrier and send the package to our warehouse. Notify us of the tracking number along with your order number via the support request.
2. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed. This may take 5 - 25 days depending on your location.

Where Is My Refund?

Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be initiated to your card within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item is received.

Additional Information

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. You can place a new order and initiate the return process.

Holiday Return Policy

For orders placed during the periods of Ramadan, Kurban Bayram, or Turkish National Holidays, returns can be made within 30 days after all items have been delivered.
