RETURN POLICY

You can return the product you want within 15 days from the delivery date by specifying the return code to YURTİÇİ KARGO company without paying any fees to the shipping company instantly. The shipping fee deduction will be subtracted from the refund amount after the product reaches us, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account. If a return note is included in the product, our colleagues in the unit will process your transaction accurately and promptly. You can send the products by specifying the return in this way.

Exchange transactions are not available on our side. An option for exchange could be to return the item and place a new order.

In return transactions, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the recipient. To benefit from our discounted shipping fee, you need to send it prepaid with the Yurtiçi Return Cargo Code you will create. When the product reaches us, the return fee will be refunded to you after deducting the discounted shipping fee.

If the delivery cannot be provided by the customer (incorrect address, inability to find the address, cancellation after the delivery), the shipping fees will still be borne by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons in our jewelry, underwear, and mask product categories.

To track your return shipments, you can get the shipment code from the shipping company.

 

For Customers Ordering Without Membership

Customers who place orders without membership can create a return request by clicking on the "Non-member Return Creation" link under Order Without Membership on the Menu, entering the order information at the bottom.

 

  • Return Request Confirmation: An email will be sent by Retrobird indicating that your return request has been received and processed. We send this email to confirm that the return process has started.

    If you specify your request as an exchange, it will be converted to a return request as we do not have an exchange process.

  • Refund Approval: When the refund amount is approved by our bank, you will receive an email from our POS company stating that the refund process has been completed. Your refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Reference Number: The reference number, which you can use to check and track the process, will be provided by our POS company used during the return process and will be included in the email. With this reference number, you can easily track your transaction from your bank.

Returns from Stores

You can instantly return orders made from retrobird.com.tr and Retrobird mobile applications, which have not been discounted, from our stores within 15 days.

For other returns, you can deliver our products to our stores and start your return process through our stores. Our stores will act as a delivery point in this process and will initiate the process of the items you want to return to our headquarters as soon as possible.

 

Fee Refund

Refunds for purchases made with credit cards are made to the credit card used for the purchase. It is not possible to refund to a different credit card or in cash. Refunds to credit cards will be reflected in your card account within 20 business days, depending on your bank.

In returns, the shipping fee will be deducted before the refund is made.

For installment payments;

The full amount of the refund will be made to the bank of the credit card to which your card belongs by us at once. You can see the refund amount as "plus balance" in your next statement. Your bank will refund the installment amount to your card in as many months as the installment period you have chosen. If any installment payments were made before the return, your bank will refund the entire balance of the paid installments in the month after the return.

The repayment period of your Bank Card or Credit Card payments varies depending on the banks. You can obtain payment information from your bank or check it from your account statement.

The refund for payments made by Wire Transfer/EFT will be refunded to the account number associated with the EFT or transfer.

The gift voucher amount used in the returned items will not be redefined to your account. Coupons given during the campaign cannot be used after the campaign ends.

The shipping-delivery fee will not be refunded.
