1. How can I order?

You can easily order by following the steps below.

1- Browse through the products you want from our carefully prepared menu, including the latest products on our home page.

2- Select the products you want to buy, the appropriate sizes and click the 'Add to Cart' button. (You can use the 'Size Chart' section on the product detail page to select the appropriate size for you .)

3- After adding the products to your cart, click on the "My Cart" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

4- Click the “COMPLETE ORDER” button to continue.

5- Fill in the shipping address field accurately and in detail. Select your preferred payment method. Fill in the required information and click the "Complete Order" button. Your transaction is complete; your order has been received! Enjoy it :)

 

2. Can I order without being a member?

You can place an order without becoming a member. To do this, simply add the products you want to buy to your cart from the product pages and select ' Continue Without Membership ' from the screen that appears in the 'Complete Order' step. You can follow the information about the order you placed without becoming a member from the e-mail address and mobile phone number you shared during the order. We recommend that you place an order as a member in order to access information about your orders.

Our Return Policy

The product/products must be returned by Cargo within 15 days after they are delivered to the buyer. The products you send must be unused and the product label must not be removed. You can deliver them to our contracted cargo company together with the documents you receive . In returns (one way) and exchanges (round trip ), the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. The shipping fee of the cargoes sent with the code below is deducted from the product price and the return fee is deposited into the account/card. 8. Is there a change?

9. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping fee for your order varies depending on the shipping country you choose and the shipping company you choose. You can see the shipping fee for your order on the shipping selection screen in the address step and on your payment page.

 

10. Is there payment at the door?

We have this option for you to feel comfortable and safe. When you place an order with the cash on delivery option, our team first gets approval from you. Yurtiçi Kargo: Cash on delivery option is available. UPS Kargo: Cash on delivery and credit card payment options are available. In cash on delivery options, an additional fee is charged to the shipping fees. If the return of the products you buy with cash on delivery is in cash, it is deposited back to your IBAN address, and to the card you used for credit card purchases.

 

11. When will my order be shipped?

If all the products in your order are eligible for express shipping, we prepare your orders to deliver them to the relevant cargo company within 24 hours. If there are product/products in your order that need to be supplied, shipping times may vary.

 

12. How often are your stocks updated?

As new products arrive at Retrobird.com.tr every day, we also renew the stocks of products that are out of stock and in demand for you. You can use our "Notify When In Stock" feature on the product detail page to be informed when a product you like but could not order due to insufficient stock is back in stock. 13. Is there any other stock on your site?

All of our products available for sale are limited to our online store. Our store stock is available separately.

 

14. Will the products in my cart run out?

Stock revisions cannot be made for the products you add to your cart. There is a possibility that the product you add to your cart will run out unless you purchase it.

16. Is delivery made on public holidays?

Cargo companies deliver between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays and between 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

18. What should I pay attention to when receiving my cargo?

19. Do I pay shipping fees for the order I receive from the cargo branch?

Since the shipping fee is the transportation fee of your order, there is no difference in fee when it is delivered to your door or picked up from the branch. In Cash on Delivery orders, when you pay and pick up from the cargo branch, the Cash on Delivery Service Intermediary Fee is also collected .

 

20. When will my order be delivered?

The products you purchase will be shipped to you as quickly as possible according to their estimated delivery dates. When your order is out for delivery, we will notify you via E-MAIL. 21. Are installments made with credit cards?

If there is no product in your cart that has an installment limitation or ban, you can use installments for your shopping.
