It is a fabric that is recommended to be washed at low temperatures. The shipping fee deduction will be subtracted from the refund amount after the product reaches us, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account. Exchange transactions are not available on our side. An option for exchange could be to return the item and place a new order.

In return transactions, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the recipient. You can instantly return orders made from retrobird.com.tr and Retrobird mobile applications, which have not been discounted, from our stores within 15 days.

Fee Refund

Refunds for purchases made with credit cards are made to the credit card used for the purchase. It is not possible to refund to a different credit card or in cash. Refunds to credit cards will be reflected in your card account within 20 business days, depending on your bank.
